UI/UX, 2023

Tasked with creating a responsive app that solves a problem, I created FontFindr to solve an issue I face daily: the inability to identify fonts on the fly. This app allows users to use their phone or tablet cameras to identify fonts throughout their daily lives. The camera feature is paired with other useful assets such as the ability to pair fount fonts and typeset them.

During this project, I wanted to explore the transition of first creating an app made for tablets followed by a mobile version. In the past, I had only designed apps beginning with mobile or desktop versions. My goal was to learn more about app creation from a tablet standpoint, including differences in layout, type sizes, white space, buttons, and more.
